The entry-level capillary electrophoresis Bio-Fragment Analyzer for DNA and RNA.
• The “one-cartridge-one-method” system is simple and straightforward for anyone to use.
• Advantages over traditional gel electrophoresis include higher resolution and sensitivity, providing highly precise evaluation of samples.
• The provided quantitative method delivers fragment size and concentration information in one run.
Qsep1-Lite is the automated portable Bio-Fragment Analyzer for DNA and RNA fragments. Even with its compact design, Qsep1-Lite still has the advantages of capillary electrophoresis: high resolution (1~4bp if less than 500bp) and high sensitivity (20pg/μl), making it a top choice for research.
Minimal sample volumes (2ul) and the reagent consumption are required for an accurate analysis and the analysis is provided in a timely manner. The automated system minimizes the impact of gel preparation and hands-on activities. The analysis is relatively more stable and consistent, and the digitalized result is easy to preserve and organized.
