CleanNA’s Clean Plasmid DNA kit is a magnetic beads based plasmid purification system for high throughput rapid isolation of high and low copy number plasmid DNA, BACs, PACs and cosmids. Our system can be easily automated on many liquid handling workstation providing robustness and high quality plasmid DNA for subsequent downstream applications such as digestion and fluorescent DNA sequencing, but can also be used for the CRISPR-Cas9 method.
