Support

Customer support is an integral part of our Mission and Vision.

By attracting only the best academics in the field of molecular biology we aim to simplify, accelerate and improve life sciences research. Our team of highly trained service engineers and application specialists support our customers in a pro-active manner. It is GC biotech’s Applications & Support team’s aim to minimalize disruptions in your research effort. We offer three service support options. These service options are tailored to your needs and include support and maintenance after the warranty period. Most of our customers choose for longer contract terms (other than one year) or various preventive maintenance schemes.
Our customer approach is application driven. A good illustration of this is the Project Acceptance Document (PAD), which describes the goal, requirements, targets and all hardware, software and chemistry components of the project. The purpose of the PAD is to create clarity and reach agreement up front to eliminate discussions during development or installation. This ensures an execution of the project up to your exact requirements.

We offer three service support options. These service contracts are tailored to your needs and include support and maintenance after the warranty period. We are also willing to discuss longer contract terms (other than one year) or various preventive maintenance.
