About qPCR RT-PCR
The block format of the FastGene UltraCycler gradient allows you to not only optimize your reactions, but also to run multiple different thermal optimized reactions in a single run at exactly defined temperatures. The UltraCycler employs an applied pressure heated lid design to keep the air contained within the tube hotter than the reaction volume. This causes any evaporation to condense back into the cooler reaction liquid, thereby eliminating the need for an oil or wax condensation overlay.
The FastGene Ultracycler has a small footprint and is designed for a portable environment. The Touch screen Graphical User Interface provides an easy run setup and monitoring. Free software upgrades are provided when available to make sure your system is always up to date.
The gradient function allows an easy optimization for your PCR reaction. The best annealing temperature can be discovered over a range of 24 °C. Various tubes and strips can be used in the FastGene UltraCycler ranging from single tubes up to 96-well PCR plates. The applied pressure heated lid prevents evaporation of air from the reaction tube. It eliminates the need for an oil overlay.
Nippon also has a wide range of enzymes suitable for Reverse Transcription, Endpoint PCR and Quantitave PCR.
The FastGene Scriptase products are optimized for better performance and can be used for quantification of gene expression and endpoint RT-PCR. The FastGene Scriptase is designed for high RNA concentrations.
The FastGene Taq Polymerases are available in a wide variety and even as a HotStart Ready mix. For Direct PCR purposes, the DNAreleasy Advance eliminates the need for nucleic acid purification for PCR analysis. The DNAreleasy replaces the time consuming extraction and purification method with a simple protocol. The released DNA can be used directly in PCR reactions or even be stored at -20 °C for several months.
