Nippon Genetics has three kits for isolation or purification of DNA and RNA from different biological sample types.
The FastGene Plasmid Mini kit is designed for fast isolation and purification of high and low copy plasmid DNA on a small scale. The ready-to-use plasmid DNA is of high quality in low-salt Tris buffer and suitable for typical downstream applications: Cloning, sequencing, PCR, transformation and restriction analysis. The FastGene Plasmid Mini kits provide a faster solution for the isolation of plasmid DNA with equal yield opposed to other techniques. Isolation with the FastGene Mini kit can be performed according to three protocols depending on your specific sample or need. The Fast or Standard protocol is used for high copy plasmids, while for low copy plasmids the Low copy protocol is provided.
FastGene Gel/PCR Extraction Kits are designed for the purification of PCR products and the extraction of DNA from agarose gels. DNA fragments purified with FastGene Gel/PCR Extraction Kits are ready for direct use in all common downstream applications, like sequencing, PCR, ligation and transformation, restriction digestion, microarray analysis and in vitro transcription. The FastGene Gel/PCR Extraction kits provide a yield up to 90% of DNA recovery. Two protocols are available, the DNA extraction from gel and the purification of PCR products. The FastGene Gel Cutting Board may be the ideal combination together with the FastGene Gel/PCR Extraction kits.
FastGene Dye Terminator Removal Kit removes dye terminator molecules from sequencing samples using an efficient and reasonably priced gel filtration. The kit includes resuspension buffer, filter spin columns and a bottle of gel filtration matrix. The FastGene Dye Terminator Removal kit provides an easy to use protocol consisting of just 5 steps. Performing at a high level, the FastGene Dye Terminator Removal kit has a recovery of over 90% and a processing time of just 5 minutes. All components in the kit can be stored at room temperature.
